How is pre-order builds working ?
Pre-order builds are intended for people who are looking for gaming PC but doesn’t know what to choose. So we’ve came with a solution for the gamers. Here’s how’s working our pre-order builds.
- You place an order for your gaming PC. You can choose from INTEL or AMD builds (AMD builds would be cheaper).
- Once you have placed your order and paid initial 1£ deposit confirmation we will get in touch with you via email or phone call to get the final details right. You can ask to change, add or remove any parts with the ones you want. BE AWARE, adding other parts apart from the one from main build can get your build more expensive.
- Once everything is set with you (customer) we will start ordering parts from shops.
- With all the parts being delivered to our shop we will start building your PC.
- Once your build is completed, we will install basic software (graphics drivers, audio, internet drivers, etc) and will test it for performance. Once your PC passed our tests is ready to be delivered to you.
- Your PC is being prepared for delivery so you’ll have 2 options: pickup from our shop or delivered by carriers to your doorstep. Please be aware that delivery costs to your house will be paid in full by you (which will be around 25-30£ depending on PC weight and size – we can discuss further via email or phone call).
- Before sending the PC, you will have to pay the difference of money for your build which will be calculated before starting your build. We will send you transfer details at that time.
- Once you get your PC, we’ll assist you in installing it if you need help, so you don’t have to worry.
Q: How long will take to build my PC ?
All pre-order PCs will be build within 3 weeks time. In some cases will can take up to 5 weeks in case we don’t find parts on shops. You will be notified via email in case will take longer.
Q: Is there any option to pay using your website ?
No, not at the moment. Since this PCs are pre-orders and fully customizable, we won’t be able to issue a payment request via our website.
Q: Is there any chance to build my PC faster ?
Yes. If you are fully decided on what you need and willing to pay full costs of PC and delivery in advance, we will delivery your PC within 14 days.
Q: Why is taking so long to build my PC?
We will have to order parts from online shops, we don’t hold in our shop any PC parts.
Q: Are the PC components new ?
All pre-order PCs are build with new parts only which will come with manufacturer warranty. You can even get all the boxes from components if you wish. Please be aware that parts boxes needs to be sent in separate box from your tower PC which will be adding more costs to delivery.
Q: Is any cheaper version of PCs with same components available ?
Yes, in case you don’t mind we will be able to build your PC with fully refurbished parts which are coming aswell with warranty.
