1. Acceptance of terms
1.1 By accessing and using Techsavant.co.uk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.
2. Ordering and delivery
2.1 Order Confirmation:
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment of your purchase and includes order details.
- PC builds orders will need to be re-confirmed by the customer. We will send you another email apart from purchase confirmation just to make sure you still intend to pay the amount due.
2.2 Delivery:
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.
- Techsavant.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.
- Customers are fully responsable for packing and delivery PCs to our service.
2.3 Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination. Fees are displayed during the checkout process.
- Shipping fees for PC builds or custom PC builds will be calculated and emailed to customer once the build and testing is complete.
- Shipping fees will be paid in full by customers when they choose to send PC to service.
- Some builds or services will be marked as delivery free. Please read product description.
3. Returns and refunds
3.1 Return policy:
- Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- For products ordered from our shop, please report a damage right after receive. Damaged items after longer than 10 days from ordering will not be accepted for a return.
- To initiate a return, log in to your account and follow the instructions in the order history section. Otherwise, please use the form from our website to contact us directly. You will need to provide some informations which we will ask.
3.2 Refund process:
- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
- Restocking fees may apply as specified in the product’s return policy.
3.3 Opened products:
- In most cases, opened products are eligible for return. Refer to the specific return policy for conditions.
4. Warranty
4.1 Warranty coverage:
- All the PC which are build by TECHSAVANT are coming with warranty (please reffer to product details).
- If your PC stopped working and you think there is a faulty component, you can send it back to us for repair or component replace.
- Replacement of parts which are still in warranty are free of charge. Your faulty component will be changed with a new one or equivalent.
- Please DO NOT INTERFERE with the tower if you have problems before contacting us. Opening the case will void the warranty.
- Your warranty may be voided if your PC has marks of the following
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Tampering with serial numbers or labels
- Failure to follow maintenance guidelines
- Use of unauthorized parts or accessories
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Exceeding environmental or usage limits
- Negligence or improper handling
- Software modifications or third-party software
- Natural disasters or acts of god
- Lack of proof of purchase
4.2 Warranty claims:
- Contact our customer support for assistance with warranty claims.
- Troubleshooting steps may be required before initiating a warranty return.
4.3 Shipping costs:
- Shipping costs for warranty returns may be covered, depending on the product and warranty terms.
5. Assistance and fees
5.1 General assistance:
- Basic assistance, including product information and general inquiries, is provided free of charge.
5.2 Technical support:
- Fees may apply for technical support beyond the scope of general assistance. Fee details will be communicated before assistance is provided.
5.3 Consultation services:
- Consultation services, including personalized build recommendations, may be subject to fees. Details will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered.
5.4 Services charges (PC repair, laptop repair, battery replacement, virus removal and anti virus installation, software installation):
- Services prices are displayed on our website. Please read all the information provided on our website before contacting us. In case you need additional help, please get in touch with us.
- Final service price is displayed on our website. However price will be sent to you (customer) before proceeding with service choose by you.
- Price may vary in case customer choose to add an additional service after final invoice was issued. (ie: You choose pc repair full package and then you need to add extra parts: more ram, more storage or change gpu or cpu, etc, you will be charged another fee for part replacement and testing). Please read carefully and in case you need help, get in touch with us.
6. Privacy and data protection

- TechSavant.co.uk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 User consent:
- By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7.1 TechSavant.co.uk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UK.

10. Payments
10.1 Payments are fully processed by our website – stripe. All payments are processed in a secured environment.
10.2 We DO NOT store your card details, we do not have access to your details. Unless you choose to save your card details for future purchases.
10.3 All prices are displayed on website. Please be aware some prices may be adjusted (i.e – custom builds, PC upgrades, custom upgrades and services,etc). Final prices will be emailed to customer as acknowledgment in case prices will go up or down.
