Important limitations:
- Data recovery services are provided on a best-efforts basis only. We cannot and do not guarantee successful data recovery in any circumstances.
- The success of data recovery depends on multiple factors including the type and severity of data loss, physical condition of the storage device, and the nature of the damage.

- We are not liable for any data that cannot be recovered, regardless of the reason.
No guarantee of results:
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the recoverability of data.

- If no data can be recovered, you will be notified and may be charged for diagnostic and attempt fees as agreed upon before service begins.
Customer responsibilities:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
- We strongly recommend regular backups to multiple locations to prevent permanent data loss.
